Prior to submitting any claim for compensation please refer to the information pages on this website and to your ticket terms and conditions. We will attempt to address your claim as soon as possible if you provide enough information.
Whilst we make every effort to prevent delays to our flights we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. Where your flight is delayed by more than THREE (3) hours, measured against your scheduled arrival time, you may be entitled to compensation.
The rules for flight delay compensation are set out in EC261/2004.
