The Course
The first 18-hole links course to be built on the West Coast of Scotland in 100 years, Machrihanish Dunes offers views as far as Ireland on a clear day. It is part of a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSi), developed by renowned golf architect and Scotsman, David McLay Kidd - spanning 7,300 yards across six greens and five tees at the ocean’s edge. Set against the Atlantic shores, Machrihanish Dunes shares breathtaking views with the adjacent Machrihanish Golf Club links laid out by “Old Tom” Morris in 1879, one of Scotland’s classic and most revered links.
The two courses along with the creation of new luxury accommodations provide an even more compelling reason to seek out Machrihanish Dunes.
Itinerary
Board your flight for the short 45-minute hop to Campbeltown but be sure to look out the window at stunning views of the unique Argyll landscape below. After landing, you will be greeted by your private airport transfer to Machrihanish (just a 10 minute drive away). Upon arrival enjoy a morning snack to set you up for the day. Tee off time will then be arranged and on completion of your unforgettable round, lunch will be served in the Clubhouse. At the end of your memorable day, transport will take you back to the airport for your return flight to Glasgow – all in time for tea!

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance payable no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
If booked within 6 weeks of departure, full payment is required. Lunch consists of sandwiches and soup. Drinks are extra.
